Return Policy:

Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, product name and the reason for the return.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship the item back to us.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any branded boxes or containers.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria:

Refunds:
